Wednesday mornings we provide table-tennis, chess, pool and access to computers for those who wish to learn or carry out job-searches.

On a Wednesday evening football training is offered at The Kings Academy or Southlands Centre between 8pm and 9pm together with the South Bank Baptist Church Football Club.

By engaging with non-addicts the men interact with positive role-models - both team-building and improving fitness.

If anyone wishes to play in a Saturday morning Football League (North East Christian Fellowship League) they can join us.

Thursday mornings we alternate between taking the men to 10 Pin Bowling at the Hollywood Bowl and Archery sessions held at a local the Oakwood Centre.

The men love these outings and we see their moods lighten whenever we take them out.

Taking part in new hobbies and activities enables the men to form new positive friendships and to feel good about themselves – friendship instead of rejection

This counteracts the negativity, loneliness and depression often experienced by our clients – They simply have fun !
